Well, sometimes not being needed is a GREAT thing. Why? Because we have that many people volunteering to transport dogs for us! One lady drove all the way from Georgia to Central Florida to bring 3 pups in. We also have several people and groups volunteering for "relay race" transports where each person drives 30 minutes to an hour and we're able to get dogs from upper Georgia to Central Florida in a little over a day.
In the mean time, since Transport is handled, I am shipping T's and trying to educate friends about how to care for their animals (it's surprising how many people don't know much about heartworm prevention).
The good news? Might have a ride coming up. More to come!

4/17/11 - Sweet Katie is Home at last!
After successfully raising 8 beautiful puppies (now up for adoption!) she is off to her new home to live with her new mom and dad as well a little boy.
I think it is obvious by the picture that she was so ready to be with them at last!
